Summer 2025.
Summer 2025... Time to replace my 1999 Civic. Conducted weeks of research on the vehicle to fit my lifestyle, a 2026 HR-V EX-L. Mixed in was research on working with dealerships, ways they make a profit or mislead. About 40 YT videos later along with a bunch of reading, I chose Honda Cars of Bellevue as they seemed the most honest and apart from business's who were questionable. Quality, friendly service from the moment I stepped out of my car. After spending time with Guy and Chyrlyn, it was like sitting on my couch at home, chatting with friends. Simply said, just an amazingly incredible experience. No sales pitch or fumbling words. Honest, concise answers. Guy presented a sales proposal. It was easy to read, 1 page. Here was everything I wanted with an OTD price at the bottom. Also a heck of a trade in on my 1999 Civic with a few bells and whistles added in. The financing side was a breeze. Chyrlyn ran me though the whole process and offerings in about 15 minutes. Never asked me repeatedly about anything, I said yes or no and we moved on. On delivery day, it was a class act. Tari assisted with my final signings and paperwork. In and out in 5 minutes. Wonderfully time efficient. The send of was quite cool... A dedicated area to receive the keys, last minute questions and a away I went with a smile. Overall, 5/5 on all accounts. Actually it was such a relaxing process I could have taken a nap...

After car shopping with my Mom for months, I brought her to Honda Cars, specifically to work with David Quach; he’s a great guy, and a man of integrity. And initially, we were a little bummed out that he wasn’t in when we stopped by (we didn’t call ahead). What was awesome though, is that the salesperson who helped while out we waited, Efrain Gonzalez-Ortega, was just as warm and friendly; and did an EXCELLENT job with us! -And with his help, we found the perfect car for my Mom. Plus, in the FINANCE OFFICE, we were treated with such respect and dignity, it was almost uncanny. Typically, that’s where the gloves come off, and a dealership shows their true colors. But Cherlyn (I think I have her name correct) was GREAT! She took time to explain the different warranty options with both clarity and conviction; without trying to pressure us into spending extra money, or buy bogus add-ons. She was very pleasant to work with. I’m so glad we came to Honda Cars Of Bellevue! Mom drove away in her dream car, and I left knowing she got the right car for a great price! -MJ

I just cannot give David enough praise. Honda Cars of Bellevue was the first dealership my husband and I visited and we could not have been more lucky! David was welcoming from the moment he stepped out of the door. We told him what we were wanting to look at and he immediately took us to the one on the showroom floor (which I appreciated as it was chilly out so looking over the van inside was a plus!) and showed us all of the features the Odyssey had to offer. He then had someone bring around one of the vans with the trim that I thought I had wanted so we could take it for a test drive. He sat in the back seat and allowed my husband to sit in the passenger seat which was also appreciated as that is where my husband would be sitting. When we got back to the dealership, I told him I wanted to go look at all of the ones that had available so I could see all of the trims and the colors they had in stock. My husband and I both casually mentioned going for the 'highest' trim level and while David did crack a couple of jokes about getting that one, he NEVER, EVER once pressured us to go for the most expensive van. He then said "I understand this is a personal decision. I'm going to go inside so you two can have a private discussion. Just come find me when you're ready!" He literally went back inside and didn't creepily stand at an awkward distance watching us like a hawk - he truly gave us privacy! When we started back towards the building, he came out and met us, we didn't have to go hunt him down! During the whole purchasing process, he was SO kind and helpful. Again - NEVER pushy; NEVER tried to sell us on anything. If we said no, he said 'no problem' and moved on. We were there well after closing time, but he stayed the whole time while we were with the business manager. He even walked us out to the van and showed us additional features. We NEVER felt rushed like he just wanted to get home (it was almost 8:00 PM at this point, and on a Saturday night). I said "Please tell your wife and kids we are so sorry for keeping you late!" and he just chuckled. The next day, I asked my husband "was it just me or was that the most smooth and relaxing car buying experience ever? Did you ever feel pressured into buying a vehicle?" and he agreed with me, not for a single second did we feel pressured into buying a new vehicle. David was anything but your pushy, stereotypical salesman. We couldn't have dreamt of a more wonderful experience! If you're in the market for a new Honda, David is your guy!

If you are looking for a vehicle and want someone you can trust to always do the right thing, go no further. After buying a vehicle six weeks ago that turned out to have issues that could not have been found as there were no visible symptoms, Brian and Matthew worked hard to make sure I was made whole, that the right thing was done. They offered to either do the very expensive repair or help me into another vehicle, and I chose the latter. Their willingness to do right by me above all else really, really spoke volumes about the kind of people they are and the dealership this is. My salesman, Guy Southwick, was also very helpful through this process, making sure I was aware of steps along the way and keeping me informed, plus helping me make the right decision on a replacement vehicle with his concern only focused on what was best for me. Tari Brewer in Finance...thanks to this process I worked through finance twice with her in less than two months, and I don't think I have ever had an easier, more efficient finance process in any dealership, ever. This dealer sold me a 2025, $50k+ vehicle.
This dealer sold me a 2025, $50k+ vehicle. At delivery time the rear hatch wouldn't open, but we were told to ignore it because 'it was probably just a low battery, the car had been sitting too long'. The car turned out to have 6 individual failures, all seemingly related to the electrical system. Three trips to the dealership later and 'they reset the system' (not sure if Honda calls theirs 'Accessory Control Module, but it's that). After 6 weeks of ownership the power steering shut off 6 times in one ten-minute drive. I called the dealer with yet another problem, and they first *told me to drive the car to them*. I was told to drive the car with power steering failing. I told them that even suggesting that opens them to liability, and they recanted and said to have it towed in. Now the fun part: This would be the fourth trip to the dealership in 6 weeks, and they refused to give me a loaner vehicle. I'm beyond busy, have multiple kids, etc: I'm just supposed to not have a car while they 'look into it'. Unacceptable. I've purchased two new Honda's from them, but I'll never set foot on their lot again. This is what happens when nepo babies take over businesses: Matthew S. has built NOTHING in his life, but his family ran the business so he gets to! I called and asked to speak to the GM and the exact words from the front desk were, "He doesn't accept calls from customers; you can leave him a message and he may call you back". Aka someone who knows literally nothing about actually serving customers, he only knows how to run a family business into the ground.

My daughter and I worked with Bruce for her first car buying experience. He was professional, polite, not pushy, and was very knowledgeable. I believe we went back 2-3 times to test drive as we were on our hunt for cars. He was patient. When we finally landed our decision on the car at Honda Cars of Bellevue the whole sales process was seamless. All questions were addressed, and the buying was quick and painless. All the staff we encountered and interacted with were very polite. At the end of the sale Bruce handed the car book over to my daughter and off we went. Been a great car since!

I have been coming to this dealership on and off since
I have been coming to this dealership on and off since 2021, I was happy doing business until I had to have my front lip on the bumper replaced. The part took about a month to come in when Terri had originally said about 2 weeks, which I understand because there can always be hiccups. I think I spent about $1,500 all together for parts and labor which I thought was a little crazy but oh well, needed to be done! 9 months later I’m driving down the interstate with my wife and dogs and heard a loud pop, looked in the review and the lips flying off. I call the next day they are open to see what can be done and I get told the person that did my last oil change must of not put it on correctly and to go ask them if they did. They also told me that they will not pay for any parts or labor. Disappointment is an understatement. Unless you absolutely have to I recommend not bringing or buying any vehicles from this dealership.

Rick is unprofessional
I drove an hour to get my tires balanced. I suspected that they failed to balance them during previous rotation. Upon bringing my vehicle in, Ken told me I had to go get my tires washed. Ok, that was kind of a pain, and I’m sure Ken knew I was a little miffed due to body language. I’m sure there was some banter back and forth between employees (Ken and manager Rick). Co-workers do that in all professions, right? So, I went to 2 different car washes to ensure that the dirt got cleaned out of the wheels (yes, I paid for 2 car washes-$20). I then return, aggravated. So, while filling out paperwork (with Ken) to get serviced, Rick circles the car and says “There’s still 20 pounds of dirt in these tires”. He’s gonna have to go get them washed again. In an effort to stay calm, I just looked at him speechless. Then he says, “Well, I guess it’s going to cost you $50 for us to wash it.” I went to the waiting area and Ken comes in and tells me that it will be $75 for the tech to wash the wheels out now. I am very upset that service manager, Rick Unger, jumped in, in an effort to aggravate a paying customer. We will be doing all of our service work through O’Daniell now (at least until Rick is retired). Part 2-So upon being notified of my initial review through email/app, Rick decided to come into the lounge and show me pictures of the dirt on the wheels and telling me (in front of customers) that I didn’t wash the car well enough. Kind of a unique and embarrassing moment for me. I do need to add that Ken has done a great job throughout the process. I was initially peeved about needing to go find a car wash prior to service, but that is his job. I do think that they could have just saved this hassle by washing the wheels at the dealership initially. Heck, give me the hose and I will do it.

We had a brand new Honda we bought in Alabama.
We had a brand new Honda we bought in Alabama. We were halfway to Omaha and the AC went out. We called the other Honda dealership and they basically said they couldn’t help us. Maybe they could look at it in about 6 weeks which is not want you want to hear in the summer 1000 miles away from home. The dealership in Bellevue Nebraska sent us a link right away and gave us an appointment. We were so thankful. Of course even more thankful when they fixed it. Great Experience at Honda Giant
I had a great experience purchasing a Honda FIT from Honda Cars of Bellevue. The salesman, Eli was very helpful. I found the car I wanted on Car Guru, requested to be contacted and Eli called me right away. I came over to the dealership and test drove the car. He provided me with a Carfax and inspection record. No pressure to buy. No pressure needed as the FIT was a fair deal at the listed price. I would shop at Honda Cars of Bellevue for my next car!

Shoping from home

David Quach was an excellent Sales Consultant. He explained all the features of the 2017 CRV. Even though the 2017's had just arrived and there were several changes from the '16's he was knowledgeable about all the features. I had some questions after I purchased my 2017 CRV and he was extremely helpful AFTER the sale. That's a first for me. Usually after the sale the Sales Consultant doesn't know who you are. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was respectful to me. I am impressed and happy with David and recommend him to anyone looking for a car.
